About Humming Puppy in Prahran

Humming Puppy is a journey that begins the moment you leave the outside world and step inside our studio. We draw our inspiration from the lineages from which we have practiced and learnt. This gives our students a unified and holistic practice that reflects the literal Sanskrit translation of the word yoga “union”.

We base our teachings on the principles of breath-pranayama, movement-asana and awareness-meditation. These principles are the foundation of our 4 class styles in which we welcome beginners through to the most experienced yogi.

Our classes are typically ‘warm’, conducted in a climate controlled environment of no more than 27 degrees.
